biography

Zoe Macarewa is an emerging creative designer passionate about telling stories through her craft. She is drawn to a career in themed and immersive entertainment, eager to design for attractions, spaces, and experiences. She is a proud student and alumnus of the Immersive Design Academy (formerly NextGen Showcase), Themed Entertainment Association, and IAAPA, always seeking out opportunities to engage with industry experts and fellow story-minded artists. She values creativity within multiple fields: theatre, film, and art. She is a theatrical scenic designer and a production designer for entertainment. As a visual artist, she creates installation pieces, multimedia art, and graphic design. She graduated from Pepperdine University as an Art & Theatre-Screen Arts (production design, scenic design emphasis) double major, and she strives to use her well-rounded education and experience as a foundation for a fruitful career.
